The Niagara Escarpment was the lakeshore wall of the Old Iroquois Lake. The lake receded to form the present Lake Ontario depositing soils conducive to growing flavorful fruits and vegetables. The microclimate formed between Lake Ontario and the Escarpment creates suitable conditions for orchards and vineyards. Combining these elements with generations of fruit growing experience, we offer delicious fresh produce and juices.
